A Taste of Spring Beneath Mt. Fuji
Fuji no Haru (富士の春) — meaning “Spring of Mt. Fuji” — captures the gentle spirit of Japan’s most iconic mountain.
Crafted by Jugekudo (寿月堂) in Shizuoka, a region famous for clean air, fertile soil, and pristine mountain water, this matcha reflects the freshness of early spring.
The result is a vibrant, easy-drinking matcha with soft umami, mild sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Its bright green hue and smooth froth make it perfect for both traditional usucha (light matcha) and modern lattes or iced matcha drinks.

The texture is ultra fine and it froths up with a dense, creamy foam. No clumping, no bitterness—just a gentle sweetness and a round umami that lingers.
