1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via tracked shipping services only.
  • We do not offer non-tracked or local pickup to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
  • Carriers may include Canada Post, USPS, or other reliable partners depending on destination.

3. Delivery Time

  • Canada: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • USA: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days (where applicable).
  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
  • Once the tracking status shows “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully completed.
  • Kisshomori is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from wrong or missing address information.

 

6. Customs & Import Taxes (for international orders)

 

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue customs forms.

7. Delays & Carrier Issues

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier network delays.
  • We do not offer refunds due to shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
  • If a package is significantly delayed or lost before delivery confirmation, we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.
