A delicate peach matcha latte layered with creamy milk and finished with a soft cloud of peach cream.

Ingredients

3 g Japanese matcha
40 ml warm water
140 ml cold milk
30 ml peach syrup
Ice cubes
40 ml peach cream or whipped cream
Fresh peach slices

Instructions

  1. Add peach syrup to the glass.
  2. Fill with ice.
  3. Pour in the cold milk.
  4. Whisk matcha with warm water.
  5. Slowly pour matcha over the milk.
  6. Add peach cream on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh peach slices.
